Penalty - For lapsed License Renewal per year (Less than 10 years - post graduation) 5,000.00 NGN for one year Any rehabilitation professional who failed to renew their practice license before expiration MUST pay this fine (per year lapsed) plus the current renewal fee.
Penalty - For lapsed License Renewal per year (10 years and above - post graduation) 7,500.00 NGN for one year Any rehabilitation professional who failed to renew their practice license before expiration MUST pay this fine (per year lapsed) plus the current renewal fee.
Penalty - For lapsed License Renewal for 3 year 50,000.00 NGN for one day Any rehabilitation professional who failed to renew their practice license before expiration MUST pay this fine (per year lapsed) plus the current renewal fee.
Verification of Results, Licensure or Certification 40,000.00 NGN for one day The MRTB provides registration and licensure verification services when requested to do so by foreign or local regulatory authorities.
Induction Fee 25,000.00 NGN for one day Fee for participating in Induction of new graduates of any of the professions
Penalty - Impersonation (first time offender) 1,000,000.00 NGN for one day Penalty for Impersonating a rehabilitation professional, first time offender; that is, without a valid license or educational qualification.
Penalty - Impersonation (multiple-time offender) 1,500,000.00 NGN for one day Penalty for Impersonating a rehabilitation professional, a second-time or multiple-time offender; that is, without a valid license or educational qualification.
